Randy fowler

Family Life Minister

Randy leads Mayfair's Family Life Ministry. A Huntsville native, he joined the Mayfair staff in 1999 after serving as youth minister for various congregations over a 15 year period. Randy holds a bachelor's degree from Freed Hardeman University, a Master's of Religion degree from Southern Christian University, and a Master's of Christian Practice degree from Lipscomb University. Randy is married to Rhonda. They have two children, and three grandchildren.

Logan jaks

Children's Minister

Logan, a native of Houston, Texas,  joined the Mayfair staff in 2017. In his role, Logan has responsibility for ministering to families and children from sixth grade and below. Logan's leadership also includes working with "The Bridge," Mayfair's preteen ministry. Logan has a music degree from Harding University and a Master's of Christian Ministry degree from Lipscomb University. 

Kelsey Swearengen

Children's Minister

Kelsey joined the Mayfair staff in 2019 after teaching the first grade and working in behavioral therapy. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Kelsey married her husband Cole after receiving a Bachelors degree in Child Life from Harding University. Kelsey’s leadership includes ministering to families with children from Kindergarten to Fifth Grade, The Bridge Ministry, as well as families with special needs.

Leigh Ann Benson

Preschool Ministry

Leigh Ann plans curriculum and activities for children ages 2-5, including Sunday and Wednesday classes. Prior to joining the staff in 2006, she taught in the Mayfair Child Development Center and at Central School in Madison County. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Alabama. Leigh Ann is married to Sammy and has two children, Lauralee and Brant. 

Roni armstrong

Ministry Assistant and Baby/Toddler Ministry

On top of supporting the children's ministry in an administrative role, Roni has also joined our staff as a coordinator for our baby & toddler ministry. Roni is originally from Chattanooga and a social sciences secondary education graduate of Auburn University. Roni joined the staff in 2005 and is married to Tom with two children Reagan and Ryan.
