Gather with your family.
Go around the room and have everyone name something they learned. What stuck out to you?
Do you have a candle, soap, or essential oil that smells like lavender at home? If so, pull it out so the whole family can smell what a Koala smells like! Do you like the smell of eucalyptus?
The things you put inside your heart are also the things that will come out. If you put in under, anger will come out. If you listen to people gossip, you will be more likely to gossip. But if you surround yourself with kind people, it will be easier for you to be kind, even when it may be hard!
Is it better to put anger, jealousy, gossip, and hate in our hearts or love, joy, and kindness? Talk with your family about what you can do to fill yourself with the fruits of the Spirit this week!
End your time together by praying as a family.
