Dick came to Mayfair in 1982. He was appointed to be a deacon over the young marrieds ministry in 1985, and became an elder in 1989. He currently helps to oversee the ministries of the Lakewood Church, Latino Ministry, Adult Education, missions including Scotland and local missions, small groups, and senior adults.
