Don't Just Complain About It
Go to the One Who Can Fix It
Gather with your family.
What things have you complained about a lot this week? Did you go to the right person to fix it? Was the person who could fix it a teacher, friend, parent, or God?
We don't always get what we want do we? When something happens that we don't like, it's easy to complain about it but instead we should bring it to God and trust him to do what is best for us!
Read the verse from this week's "Wonder of the Week," Psalm 142:2 which says, "I pour out my complaints before him and tell him all my troubles."
End your time together by praying as a family. Consider using the prayer included in the Wonder of the Week Family Devotional or pray your own prayer.
