Joe began his ministry here on May 1, 2002, but he also attended Mayfair from 1966-1973, serving as an intern in 72 and 73.

Joe wears many hats in his ministry. He administers and facilitates the Mayfair ministry organization and also helps with member involvement. He works in concert with all ministries, personnel, and volunteers to insure that a healthy and vibrant spiritual environment is maintained. He also oversees the facility management team, which is made up of volunteers and paid staff. One of his main areas is working with Adult Education for Sunday Morning, Wednesday Night, and all special studies. He also helps to coordinate the Belize Mission Team.
