Horrifying Sounds
Gather with your family.
Go around the room and have everyone name something they learned. What stuck out to you?
What is the worst sound you can think of? Sounds like nails on a chalk board can be pretty annoying! Have you ever felt that way about someone else's words or actions? Have you ever felt that way about your own words or actions?
Note: Being annoying is not the same thing as telling the truth. Telling the truth is always the right thing to do, even when someone else might think it's annoying.
The Bible tells us, in the book of Romans, to "do all that you can to live in peace with everyone." (Rom. 12:18) What do you think that means? What can you do this week to live in peace with everyone you com win contact with?
End your time together by praying as a family.
